The Challenge

Planning large-scale events involves disjointed communication across multiple vendors, venues, and hosts. The industry is saturated with directory sites, but lacks true end-to-end management software.

FestivBela sought to consolidate this chaotic workflow into a single, multi-tenant application that catered equally to event planners searching for quality vendors, and the vendors themselves needing a robust dashboard to manage their business operations.

The Solution & Strategy

We architected a dual-portal SaaS ecosystem. The platform provides a highly visual, celebratory discovery interface (utilizing a deep plum and magenta brand palette) for users to seamlessly browse, filter, and book venues and services.

Simultaneously, we built a complex Express and MongoDB backend that powers an isolated dashboard for vendors to manage their inventory, approve bookings, and handle automated invoicing without friction.
